Get Connected > Missions
Missions is at the heart of Highland Park Community Church. Believing that the "good news" of Jesus Christ is meant to be shared throughout the world, HPCC contributes over half a million dollars annually to over 80 missionaries and projects that provide encouragement and a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

A mission's trip is planned for June 2010 to Jinja Uganda to visit and help Holly and William Pheni at Our Own Home. Anyone interested in going please contact Heather Sundstrom @ 267.9055.
The entire church is engaged annually in March in the missions emphasis we call Faith Promise. Missions speakers and missionaries come from around the world to share what God is doing through our financial gifts.

Individuals or families can adopt one of our missionaries to pray for, correspond with and remember on special occasions.
HPCC families participate in missions trips to the frontlines to serve others, providing a spiritual legacy to their children and grandchildren. While traveling to places like Africa and South America, children are introduced to missions and, along with their parents, are equipped to share their faith.
At HPCC even the youth have taken on a missions focus. Each Sunday morning they volunteer at the Mission Grounds coffee bar located near the D-Center. The proceeds from the product sales fund youth involvement in local missions and service.
