We are moving Forward!

The stone has arrived and is being placed on the building, starting at the Chapel Fireplace and working clockwise around the exterior of the building before moving inside the building. When the stone is finished, the exterior of the building will be substantially complete, with only the rolled steel canopies and fascia remaining. Work is also moving along in the parking lot, with a great deal of curb and gutter now in place and asphalt with be following very soon. Sidewalks and patios will also be poured in the near future and landscaping will be installed in the fall. Inside the building the sanctuary has been sheet-rocked and painted and a lot of carpet has been laid as well as ceiling grids and tiles being placed. Cabinetry is also being installed in the office areas and the second floor bathrooms are being finished. To visit the site, drive out East 2nd Street and look to the south as you near the Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation Hospital. We anticipate opening fall 2010.
